How do I make changes to my coffee subscription?

Log in to your account. Select Manage Subscriptions. If you have more than one, select the subscription you'd like to change.

From here, you can edit the details of your coffee subscription, skip an upcoming order, change upcoming order dates, or update your shipping address and payment method.

How do I change my subscription frequency

Open tab

Log in to your account. Select Manage Subscriptions. If you have more than one, select the subscription you'd like to change.

If you'd like to make a one-time change, you can simply skip or move the date of your upcoming shipment.

To make on ongoing change, select Order Frequency to set how often you'd like to receive your coffee.

How do I update my shipping address?

Open tab

Log in to your account. Select Manage Subscriptions. From the navigation bar, select Shipping Addresses.

If you have one subscription, select Edit Shipping Address to make changes. If you have multiple subscriptions, select Add Shipping Address.

How do I update the payment method for my subscription?

Open tab

Log in to your account. Select Manage Subscriptions.From the navigation bar, select Payment Methods.

If you have one subscription, select Edit Payment Method to make changes. If you have multiple subscriptions, select Add New Payment Method.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

Open tab

Log in to your account. Select Manage Subscriptions. If you have more than one, select the subscription you'd like to change.

At the bottom of the page, you can opt to Skip this Order, or Cancel Subscription.

How fresh is your coffee?

We roast coffee fresh every week. Orders ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We recommend using your coffee within 90 days of the roast date. 

Where do you source your coffee?

Our coffee is sourced seasonally from around the world. We source coffee directly through trusted importers to create our proprietary blends. You can see the source(s) of each coffee listed on its label. 

Do you roast our coffee to light, medium or dark?

Each coffee is unique, so we roast each bean to the perfect point in its roast development to produce the best flavor. The roast level for each coffee can be found on its label. 

Can I brew it with a Keurig or use a K-Cup?

As a part of our sustainability initiative, we do not offer single use K-cups. If you would like to brew our coffee using a Keurig, we recommend a fine grind and reusable single cup filter.

As an alternative single-serve coffee option, we offer Steeped Coffee bags. Each pack is pre-portioned, precision ground, and triple nitro-sealed for freshness in packaging that is 100% compostable. 

Tell me about your decaf coffee, how is it processed?

Our Decaf Coffee is selected based on cup profile, physical preparation, and potential to express excellently once decaffeinated. During the water process, the green coffee is pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The hydrated green coffee is then introduced to a unique solution of concentrated coffee solubles that draw out the caffeine while minimizing the loss of flavor compounds. Once the caffeine has been removed the green coffee is re-dried and re-bagged for transport, and the extract solution is filtered of its caffeine and recycled to be used again.
