Ethiopia Sidama Mokonissa
This coffee comes from the Mokonissa Cooperative in Ethiopia's Sidama Zone and it's one we're really excited about. Grown by smallholder farmers and naturally processed, it's one of the first Ethiopian coffees of the season and delivers a bright, fruit-forward cup with tons of character--all while supporting organic, Fair Trade farming and strong community programs.
Processing Method: Full natural and dried in the sun on elevated tables
