Royal Select Water Process For our Tomales Decaf, we use the Royal Select Water Process. This process is considered natural and gentle because it uses water instead of chemical solvents to remove the caffeine. Other decaffeination methods include the Swiss Water Process, the Sugarcane EA process, and chemical solvent decaffeination.

We Taste Cocoa, Cinnamon, Toasted Marshmallow

When Brewing we find notes of bakers cocoa, warming cinnamon and toasted marshmallows. When cooling, the aromas of cocoa are curved by a sweet lingering after taste of caramelized sugar and creamy vanilla.
