Brazil Mantiquiera de Minas
Brazil is the world's leading coffee producer so there's a good chance your favorite coffee has Brazilian beans in it! These beans are known for their high quality, intense sweetness (think caramel and chocolate notes), full body, and relatively low acidity.
Brazilian De Minas coffee beans are an essential component of many of our core blends and our single origin cold brew. We are excited to offer Brazil De Minas as a single origin coffee, appropriate for all brewing methods.
We Taste Brown Sugar, Lemon Zest, Nutella
When Brewing This coffee offers a balanced lemon zest, notes of hazelnut and cocoa, and a caramelized brown sugar sweetness. It can be enjoyed hot or cold.
Pulped Natural process combines aspects of both natural and washed methods. Producers remove some pulp, but leave a thin layer of mucilage on the seeds before drying. This creates a coffee with higher acidity, a citrus flavor profile, delicate floral fragrances, and a lighter body.
